Biography

My current works are done with oil and acrylic on wood. I allow the wood grain to show through every figure so I can explore the mystery of appearance and what lies beneath. We decorate ourselves to disguise what really is in us. My work digs into what we perceive as beauty and into the question of how we look at someone's surface and think "his/her life is perfect". My style evolves as my life and surroundings change; it grows as I do.
